We are looking for a Reddit Community Growth Lead who lives on Reddit. Someone who will make pdf.net useful there — not just visible, and can turn conversations into customers.

You will be the hunting down document-related pain points across the platform and building the official [pdf.net](http://pdf.nethttp://pdf.net) subreddit into a thriving hub of power users, feedback, and support.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow the community hub

Own and grow r/pdfnet — you’ll set the tone, create the rules, and ensure it’s a place where users actually want to hang out.
Run weekly content: pro tips, product updates, feature showcases, AMAs with the product team
Use social listening tools to track pdf.net mentions across Reddit in real time and respond where brand’s response is needed
Collect user feedback and feature requests and bring them back to the team in a way that's actually actionable

Be the evangelist in the wild

Become a recognized, helpful voice in relevant subreddits
Use social listening tools to find people struggling with PDFs in real time and help them. You won't "pitch"—you will solve their problem using PDF.net, turning a technical hurdle into a "wow" moment.
Monitor competitor mentions and be there when users hit a wall with Adobe, DocuSign, and others - you'll be there to offer a faster, friendlier alternative.
