Now, we are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our Resume.co team. You will be responsible for establishing data-driven decision-making processes and delivering actionable insights within the Variant Group.

Responsibilities

• A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests to see how changes affect our product and come up with recommendations.
• Data Quality: Keep our data accurate and consistent by managing our data warehouse.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to find patterns and insights about user behavior and product trends.
• Event-Based Analytics: Ensure every customer interaction is tracked properly.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create and update dashboards and reports to highlight important metrics for the team.

As a Product Analyst on our team, you won’t be stuck in a corner cranking out dashboards — you’ll be at the heart of product development. From shaping hypotheses and designing smart experiments to driving key decisions, your work will directly influence what we build and why.
